So proud of our Fair Trade committee for putting on this awesome event!

We kicked off our 2021 Aruna Run Race Series this past weekend with a virtual run in Spokane, Washington! We are blessed by the $2,732 raised as that money will enable us to free, employ, and empower one woman for a year. 🙌

The race was made possible by our incredible local race team: Isabel Zimmerman, Delaney Uhlman, and Grace Redpath. All three young women are students at Gonzaga University and members of the Environmental Student Organization. We cannot thank them enough for the time, energy, and resources they devoted to bringing the race to their community. ❤

A big shoutout to the local race sponsors whose generosity covered the race expenses: Gonzaga University, GEO (Gonzaga Environmental Organization), Numerica Credit Union, and GSI Outdoors.
