Come to Christ Kitchen tomorrow, Oct 23, for our fun half-day of service starting at 9:30 am and ending with lunch. We will be doing various prepping tasks to help them get ready for the Christmas basket season. And remember your wreath orders are due Oct. 30.

21 days until Christmas! Are you getting ready?? Hopefully you got in your wreath order to help you decorate! Our next event is Wednesday, December 12 at Lisa Bellefeuille's home. Summer is over :( school is back in session and that means it's time for KAO Alumnae activities to begin!! Wednesday September 19th is our first event! There is a 5:30pm no-host dinner at Europa then onto Interplayer's Theater for the 7:30 showing of Always...Patsy Cline. Tickets are $22/$28 Call Interplayer's to purchase your tickets 455-7529 and let them know you are part of our group. Hope to see you lovely ladies there!!

It is with a heavy heart that we share that our dear sister and former president, Ms. Lila Boyden passed away this last weekend in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she had recently returned. A service will be held this Friday in NM and Nancy Byers (Beta Theta) will be speaking on behalf of all of Lila's Theta sisters. As a chapter we are so indebted to all Lila has done for us and are being asked to share any memories and/or pictures we have of her. Nancy's email is: [email protected]. Please send your Theta love to Lila's family and all her sisters that are so deeply saddened by this news. All that have known Lila have been touched by her kindness and friendship.

May 16 is our last meeting of the year! We will be having a Taco Salad bar, installation of officers, and distributing of philanthropy funds. The meeting is at 6pm at Jan Shawl's home. Please RSVP to Lila if you can make it!! Hope to see you there!!
