Hey guys, because we received funding from SOFAC for flute day, we are required to help out the university in some way. Here is what we were assigned to do:

If you are receiving this email, your student organization received funding from SOFAC this academic year. As part of receiving SOFAC funding, organizations are requested to give back in some form. Your organizations stipulation is to help aid in this years STAR Awards. We request that your organization sends a minimum of five members.
Due to the size and scope of STAR Awards, we have two different days for your organization to help (you are only required to go to one). April 26th will be our set up date for the event, whereas April 27th will be the day of the event. If your group chooses the 26th, you will need to show up to the OSE by noon and will be done around 5:00 pm. If your group chooses the 27th, we will need you at the Ballroom by 9:30 am.
Please note, we only need three organizations for prep work on the 26th. It is first come, first served. Please email me what your group preference is, and I'll lock you in for that date.
Please comment on what days would work best for everyone so I can get us signed up to work. Thanks!
