Nominations Open for the Distinguished Alumni Awards!

Do you know a Drury alum, faculty member, or staff member whose achievements and service deserve recognition? Nominations are now open for the Distinguished Alumni Awards, celebrating individuals who exemplify excellence, leadership, and dedication to Drury University and their communities.

Award categories include:

Lifetime Achievement – Honors an alumnus whose life and accomplishments have earned the respect of their industry, profession, or community.

University Engagement – Recognizes an alumnus for outstanding personal and professional achievements and exceptional service to Drury.

Community Service – Celebrates an alumnus who has demonstrated exemplary leadership and dedicated service to their community.

Career Achievement – Honors an alumnus whose professional accomplishments reflect distinction and bring honor to Drury and its alumni.

Young Alumni – Recognizes alumni who graduated within the last 15 years and whose accomplishments exemplify lifelong excellence.

Appreciation Award for Faculty/Staff – Honors a faculty or staff member for achievement in their field and loyalty to the University.

Special Merit – Recognizes an alumnus who has made distinctive contributions to support Drury University, its alumni, and the Drury family during the past year.

Nominations for the 2027 Distinguished Alumni Awards are open now through August 7, 2026.

This Memorial Day, we honor and remember the brave individuals who gave everything in service to our country. Their courage, sacrifice, and dedication to our freedom will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Drury University will be closed today, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

50 years later, and somehow it feels like no time has passed at all. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, reconnect, and make the 50-year reunion so special. We loved welcoming you back home to Drury and reliving old memories while creating new ones together. It was a joy to honor the incredible bond of the Class of 1976. ❤️
