If your 1st semester is Fall or Spring, you must submit them by the 10th day of classes. If your 1st semester is Summer, you must submit them by the 5th day of classes. For available same day appointment call 217-206-6676 between 8:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. (Monday - Friday) Students with the UIS Student Insurance (United Health Care) can call an after-hours/weekend nurse at 1-877-643-5130 with any medical questions or concerns.
