200m Row + Sandbag run (down and back on the basketball court)
(one partner will do KB swings and Pull ups and the other partner will do Push ups and Rows. When the round is finished, the partners will switch exercises. Each exercise will be done one at a time and the group cannot move on until each exercise are done.)
