Leadership Development-Missouri State University Creating Leaders for Tomorrow's Future Our office provides two semester-long programs; Commerce Bank Emerging Leaders and the Centennial Leaders Scholarship.

As part of the Office of Student Engagement, our department strives to offer opportunities for students to develop their leadership skills and prepare for leadership roles on campus and post graduation. Each program is challenging and interactive to help students walk away with not only valuable skills, but also a new network of fellow student leaders. Beyond our leadership programs our office off

We wrapped up our final two first year Centennial Leaders sessions with energy, laughter, and reflection! Session 5 featured a panel of SGA cabinet members and team building activities! Session 6 was a time to reflect on the semester and looking forward to the future.

Over the course of a few days, our leaders got to experience a place that challenged their values, leadership styles, and passions.
