Western New England University Women's Athletics Alumni Council Women's Athletic Council creates the opportunity for former female athletes to be involved help with the enhancement of women's athletics at WNE.

Women have played an important role in the history and growth of the athletics program at Western New England University. The goal of the Women's Athletics Alumni Council is to spotlight and honor our women in sport and the University, and to honor both our past and present student-athletes by connecting our alumni with our current student-athletes. HUGE congratulations to WNE Women's Lacrosse Alumni, Nicole Poli ('11) for being drafted into the United Women's Lacrosse League (UWLX)!! Poli was selected by the Boston Storm as the first, and only, ever Division III player in the leagues two year history. Nicole had a hall of fame career at WNE and the entire Golden Bear family could not be more proud of her achievements!
