On Wednesday July 1st and Thursday July 2nd, the Department of Public Safety was invited to host an AAIR (Active Attack Integrated Response) training inside the CSP! We could not be more honored to have been granted the opportunity to host this event on our campus for the first time!

This collaborative 2-day training between ourselves, Ware PD, Springfield PD, Massachusetts State Police, Wales PD, AIC PD, AMR Springfield, Westfield PD, Westfield Fire, and Hampden PD was led by the amazing instructors with ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training)

A huge thank you to WNE facilities management for their efforts in assisting with the setup!

It may be summer vacation, but we remain ready and willing to learn new, effective ways to continue our dedication to the safety of our WNE community! We look forward to more opportunities like this in the future!
