We’re proud to share that St. Bonaventure President Dr. Jeff Gingerich has been elected to a three-year term as chair of the Atlantic 10 Conference Presidents Council.

In this role, Dr. Gingerich will work alongside presidents and chancellors from across the conference to help guide the A10’s priorities and policies during a transformative time for college athletics.

Congratulations, Dr. Gingerich! 👏

Join the St. Bonaventure community in Buffalo for a special celebration of our Franciscan heritage.

On Sunday, Oct. 11, the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra will perform Francis: A New Oratorio at Kleinhans Music Hall. Inspired by the life and enduring message of St. Francis of Assisi, the work features a libretto by Sr. Margaret Carney, O.S.F., S.T.D., ’86, president emerita of St. Bonaventure, with music by acclaimed composer Richard Danielpour.

Before the performance, join President Jeff Gingerich and fellow members of the St. Bonaventure community for a special luncheon with Sr. Margaret at Marcato by Oliver’s inside Kleinhans. Doors open at 1 p.m., and Sr. Margaret will share reflections on writing the libretto and helping bring this extraordinary new work to life.

Luncheon: Registration required by Oct. 5
Oratorio: 2:30 p.m.; tickets purchased separately
