What You’ll Do:
Deliver Hands-On Training: Lead lab sessions where students get their hands dirty with actual equipment. Plan, develop, and instruct the principles of basic refrigeration and heat theory, basic wiring schematics, testing, diagnosing, and servicing residential-sized air conditioning units, etc.

What You Bring to the Table:

New Certified Medical Assistant Program at St. Charles Adult & Community Education

St. Charles Adult & Community Education (ACE) is excited to announce our new Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Program. The first class just finished, and they received their certificates of completion. They will take their CCMA exam next week. Our next medical assistant session begins January 26.

This 18-week accelerated program blends classroom instruction with hands-on training to prepare students for both clinical and administrative roles in healthcare. Graduates will be eligible to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) CCMA exam.

The course is led by Savannah Ellis, a practicing medical assistant in a dermatology office and current ACE phlebotomy instructor. She brings real-world experience to the classroom while preparing to take her MCAT® in March as she pursues medical school.
