The Central Region of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. The Central Region is comprised of the following states Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming.

The Central Region is one out of seven Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated private, not-for-profit regions established to carry out the programs of the sorority based upon the organization's Five-Point Programmatic Thrust.
