MBU has scholarship opportunities for athletes of all talent levels by offering three teams. All-Girl Spirit Squad: All-girl serves football, basketball, and our community at engagement events throughout the year. This sideline experience also includes traveling with our Football, Men's Basketball, and Women's Basketball teams if they qualify for nationals. Coed Competition Cheer: Coed serves foot

ball, basketball, and provides a traditional 2 minute 30 second routine style competition. Coed competes within the NAIA, and attends NCA in Daytona. NAIA season includes 8-10 regular season competitions, Regionals, and Nationals upon qualification. At NCA, they compete Small Advanced Coed. STUNT: STUNT is an All-girl emerging sport that takes the athletic components of cheer and puts it into a game day format. Games consist of four quarters evaluating the execution of partner stunts, pyramids and tosses, and jumps and tumbling. Each round, teams take the mat and compete the same 45 second routine head to head, best execution takes the point. Games are 45-60 minutes in length. All athletes received a scholarship covering a minimum of half tuition. All programs are fully funded for gear and travel, with the exception of travel for NCA which is fundraised by the program.
