The Department of Speech, Language & Hearing Sciences at Saint Louis University offers a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, which equips students to pursue graduate degrees in speech-language pathology and audiology. We also offer a two-year, six-semester Master of Science degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, with a leveling track option for students

who have a bachelor's degree in a different discipline. Our graduate program is accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Our department is known for its commitment to developing culturally responsive clinicians fully engaged in evidence-based practice that improves the quality of life of their clients and families.

On the morning of Friday, May 15th we celebrated all of the bachelors and masters degree candidates at our Celebration of Graduates. This is a department led ceremony where all students are celebrated, bachelors students receive their Latin honors cords, and masters students receive their speech-language-pathologists professional pin. Congratulations SLHS 2026 Graduates, we are incredibly proud and look forward to the difference you will make after graduation.
