Join us for our Spring 2026 Cohort of Tiny Humans, Big Chaos! Our Tiny Humans, Big Chaos Group is an empowering and therapeutic space for parents of toddlers, where you’ll gain tools to understand your child’s development, manage big emotions and behaviors, build strong routines, and nurture both your child’s and your own well-being.

Tiny Humans, Big Chaos will run weekly from May 20th to July 8th. This group will meet virtually on Wednesdays from 6:00PM-7:15PM CST.

Yesterday, ESP had the honor of serving as on-site therapists for A Mother’s Heart Mother’s Day Brunch — a space created for mothers carrying the unimaginable grief of losing a child to violence, hosted by Diamond Divas Empowerment Foundation and the Crime Victim Center.

The room held both heartbreak and healing. Tears and laughter. Pain and love. Stories that reminded us how powerful community can be when people are given space to be seen, supported, and remembered.

On this Mother’s Day, we recognize that for many women, motherhood can be both the most beautiful and the most painful role they will ever hold. To every mother navigating grief while still finding the strength to show up each day — we see you, we honor you, and we hold space for your journey. 💛🌻

Thank you for allowing ESP to walk alongside you in community, healing, and hope.
