At TEDWomen, Tony Porter makes a call to men everywhere: Don't "act like a man." Telling powerful stories from his own life, he shows how this mentality, drummed into so many men and boys, can lead men to disrespect, mistreat and abuse women and each other. His solution: Break free of the "man box."

Case File #176. Freshman X was worried about finishing their final paper in time. When searching online for additional information the student found a blog that was right on point with what the student was trying to say. The student copied and pasted much of the blog into the final paper. But the student changed a substantial amount of wording so that it would be more in the students "own words." The advanced plagiarism software used by WUSTL found the plagiarism immediately! Student was found in violation of WUSTL's academic integrity policy and failed the class. The AI violation was placed permanently on the student’s transcript and the student was warned that additional violations could result in suspension or expulsion from the university.
