What can a graduate program do for you? Sometimes, much more than a degree.

The M.A. in Educational Leadership at the Saint Louis University School of Education is designed for educators who want to grow as leaders while continuing to serve students, families, and school communities.

Through the program, students deepen their leadership identity, strengthen school culture, learn to think at the systems level, and prepare to lead with greater purpose and impact.

As one recent graduate shared:

“It was never just about the degree, but about showing up better for students and families every day.”

📅 Apply by August 1 to join our next cohort.

🍎 To all those who teach, support, mentor, and care for students each day—thank you.

During Teacher Appreciation Week, we celebrate the educators, student affairs professionals, educational leaders, and support staff who help students learn, grow, and thrive.

Whether you are leading a classroom, advising college students, supporting families, mentoring young people, or strengthening schools and campuses behind the scenes, your work matters deeply. Education is sustained by people who show up each day with compassion, resilience, and a belief in the potential of others.

At the Saint Louis University School of Education, we are proud to prepare and support educators and leaders who are transforming classrooms, campuses, and communities.
