Stanford University Red Barn Leadership Program

Stanford University Red Barn Leadership Program We offer customized Equine Guided Leadership and Team-Building workshops as well as Equine Guided Executive Coaching Horses are incredibly perceptive beings.

They respond strongly and immediately to our body language, emotions and other non-verbal communication. We can learn a lot about our leadership style by observing how a horse engages us. There is no riding in our workshops and you do not need to have any prior horsemanship experience. Throughout Stanford University's Equine-Guided Leadership Development programs, professional leadership coaches g

In addition to facilitating Executive Equine Leadership programs and doing Equine Support research, we also run a 6-week youth leadership program for our local high school students as a su***de prevention intervention. We are so happy to have these teenagers in our Stanford Red Barn Leadership Community; they are so magnificent and appreciative to learn socio-emotional and leadership skills. Below is an article for all parents.
