Penn State Glee Club The official page of the Penn State Glee Club. The Glee Club holds two formal concerts every academic year - one in the fall and one in the spring.

The Glee Club is Penn State's oldest student organization and is composed of 50-70 singers from all majors in the University. The spring concert, called the "Blue and White Concert," is held during the University's Blue and White Weekend in April. At each formal concert, returning alumni are welcomed to join us on stage to sing the Penn State fight songs. In addition to formal concerts, the Glee C

lub and its small ensembles perform at various events for the University and the surrounding community of State College.

Hear a variety of music from bluegrass music by Faith Zimmer to traditional spiritual music by Moses Hogan, music by Christopher Harris, Hugo Alfven, and Franz Biebl, as well as a performance by the Hi-Lo’s and lots of Penn State songs! Please join the Penn State Glee Club for one or all of our free admission performances on our Washington, D.C., and Baltimore Tour.

Friday, March 6, 7:00PM: Yorktown High School

The concert will include short performances by three school choirs, and then the Glee Club will perform a range of music including Penn State songs. The Hi-Lo’s (drawn from the Glee Club) will perform hits by George Michael, Sting and others. Not to be missed!

Sunday, March 8, 11:00AM: National Presbyterian Church

The Glee Club will sing as part of the worship service.

Monday, March 9, 7:30PM: Maryland State Boychoir Center for the Arts

The concert will include short performances by the Towson University Men’s Chorus and the Maryland State Boychoir and then the Glee Club will perform a range of music including Penn State songs.
