Graduate and Professional Student Association The Penn State GPSA is the graduate student government of Penn State University.

Our executive officers, committee chairs, and assembly are available to help you with any questions you may have. The primary goals of the Graduate and Professional Student Association are to represent and support the interests of the University’s current and future graduate and professional student community by supporting scholarly activities and providing leadership, service, and social opportun

ities. GPSA exists to enrich the experience of the University’s graduate and professional students, all of whom are members of GPSA. The GPSA accomplishes these objectives by responding to the changing collective needs of our primary constituents – graduate and professional students.
