Heart disease remains the leading cause of death for women, yet so much of it is preventable through education, early detection, and proactive care.

✈️🇺🇸Red, White, and Blue Angels🇺🇸✈️

This weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to have dinner with some of the crew, and even attend their practice show as a VIP for the Vidalia Onion festival on the 80th year of the Blue Angels! This was so surreal for me as I’ve grown up watching the Blue Angels shows for as long as I can remember. As we approach the 250th birthday of the USA, moments like these deepen my gratitude for the men and women who protect our freedom and proudly showcase it through their skill, teamwork, and unwavering commitment. I am forever grateful for this amazing opportunity, and especially for the hard work and sacrifices of these incredible individuals❤️

This weekend, I had the tremendous honor of serving alongside my sisters in Alpha Delta Pi to raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities at one of our annual philanthropy events—Princes, Princesses, and Pi’s! The Ronald McDonald House is a nonprofit organization that helps families stay close to their sick or injured children while they receive medical treatment. One of my favorite parts of being apart of is getting to witness firsthand the difference we make in family’s lives through

This mission came to life in the most magical way. I am not only grateful for the new friendships I made with so many beautiful princesses alongside my sisters, but I’m also so proud of the money we raised to make a difference in the lives of families💛👸

Thank you for hosting me as a guest on the morning break! I am so grateful for the incredibly meaningful connections and opportunities that this title has gifted me like these. Not only did I get to discuss my incredible experience in the organization, but I also got to share a snippet of my adoption story and what led me to start The H.E.A.R.T. Initiative! A crown is more than a stage presence, it’s a platform. I am so honored that my crown has given me moments like these, allowing me to use my platform to spread adoption awareness and support adoptees, just like me. 🪩✨NIGHT TO SHINE 2026 ✨🪩

Volunteering at Night to Shine has been a joy in my life for many years. I started volunteering with night to shine in middle school! This year was truly a full-circle moment because I got to be buddies with one of my closest friends, Bethany!! B and I have gone to church together for our entire lives, and we were classmates in elementary school! From kindergarten classmates to Night to Shine buddies, our friendship is a gift I’ll cherish forever🩷

Reconnecting with my past buddies and seeing their smiles again fills my heart more than words can say. I am so grateful for the Tim Tebow Foundation and the lasting impact they have made on millions of lives around the world with Night to Shine. I’m ready for next year! 🪩 💃🏻 ✨
