So so deserved!! Congrats to Harley Jackson for winning Wibbie of the Year!!

She had the most WIB points from showing up to literally everything; meetings, on-campus events, all of it. However, more than that, she’s just been such a consistent, positive, and genuinely valued part of WIB this year.

We are so grateful for you and everything you’ve put into this org. Thank you for always showing up and being someone we can count on, it does not go unnoticed!!

Women in Business extends our sincere appreciation to Dr. Delcoure, Dean of the Dr. Sam Pack College of Business, for speaking at our meeting on April 16, 2026.

Dr. Delcoure shared her inspiring journey; From earning her undergraduate degree in accounting, to relocating to the United States at age 25, and ultimately completing her doctorate. Her message emphasized that leadership is developed through intentional effort, commitment, and the courage to step outside of one’s comfort zone.

She encouraged our members to cultivate strong communication and social skills, remain committed to their goals, and approach every opportunity with preparation, professionalism, and confidence. Dr. Delcoure also highlighted the importance of building meaningful relationships, embracing emerging tools such as AI while continuing to develop personal skills, and maintaining a balance between ambition and family.

We are grateful for the time, insight, and perspective she shared with our organization. Her guidance provided valuable direction and encouragement to our members as they continue to grow as future leaders.
