Kappa Kappa Psi - Theta Kappa We are the Theta Kappa chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi.

We are located in Stephenville, TX at Tarleton State University where we have been proudly serving the band program since 1986. Kappa Kappa Psi operates primarily as a student service and leadership recognition society whose chief aim is to assist the Director of Bands in developing the leadership and enthusiasm that is required of his/her band. Our goals are to provide the band not only with orga

nized and concentrated service activities, but to give our membership valid and wholesome experiences in organization, leadership and social contacts. The honorary nature of membership is based on our premise that “it is an honor to be selected to serve” this band, its department of music, its sponsoring institution, and the cause of band music in the nation's colleges and universities.

Join us for a spooooky Halloween event co-hosted with our TBS Sisters at Eta Nu, this Sunday at 5:30pm! We'll be painting pumpkins and wearing costumes, and the top costumes with get a prize! 👻🎃

The event is byop (bring your own pumpkin) but there will be a few extra pumpkins provided for those in need. We will provide all the paint supplies.

Next up for is Brother Abigail Kistner!

Abbie is a Senior Music Education Major, with a focus in percussion. She joined Kappa Kappa Psi Spring of 2021 as apart of our Alpha Rho class, and currently serves as our Vice-President of Membership! Abbie has her senior recital THIS SEMESTER, on November 4th.

Fun fact: Abbie marched drum corps this Summer with Academy!
