The payment deadline for your fall courses is August 1, 2024.

If you enroll in courses on or after August 1, you must make payment arrangements by close of business the next day. If you don’t make payment arrangements for your classes by the payment deadlines, you will be dropped.

Lisa explains why she chose to become a veterinary technician instead of a veterinarian. She also discusses how veterinary offices have evolved, becoming more specialized with handling most of the patient care, similar to nurses. Get ready to pamper your furry friends at our Annual Veterinary Technology Club Rabies Clinic and Dog Wash this Saturday! We’ve got all the services to keep your dogs and cats in top-notch shape- from dog washes to nail trims.

Our services include:
Dog Wash: $25- $40 (depending on size)
Nail Trims for Cats and Dogs: $15

Rabies / Microchip Clinic
Dogs/Cats>4 months old
1-year Rabies $15
3-year Rabies $30 with proof of previous vaccination
Microchip $15
Dog Licensing for Loudoun County residents, provided by Loudoun County Animal Services.

The NOVA Loudoun Music Department is proud to present its winter recital on Thursday, November 30, from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. in the Waddell Theater (LW-115) on NOVA’s Loudoun Campus.

All members of the NOVA community are invited to attend this free event, which will feature vocal music performed by student soloists and the Loudoun Campus Chorus directed by Dr. Mary-Hannah Klontz. Selections will also include student guitar and piano performances led by instructors Kenneth Hall and Dr. Bonghee Lee.

This , Abby Lenon, professor of interior design at Northern Virginia Community College Loudoun Campus, explains the impact of artificial intelligence ( ) on the design world. Interior designers believe it holds immense potential, but still has a long way to go.

"For people who are not designers, I think it's a terrific tool," Lenon said. However, "it doesn't address the health, safety and welfare, which is, as a designer, the core of why I do what I do—and why we do what we do at this program."

The annual Vet Tech Club Dog Wash, Rabies Vaccine & Microchip Clinic is just around the corner. This year, it is being held tomorrow (Saturday) from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the NOVA Loudoun Campus LA Building. There will be dog washing, rabies vaccines, microchips, and nail trimming stations. There will also be baked goods, dog treats and bandannas for sale. All proceeds go to the students in the Veterinary Technology Program and Vet Tech Club. A portion of the funds will also be donated to local businesses or shelters in need.

We will also be doing a towel drive to help get supplies needed for the dog wash station. Look out for boxes in common areas around the Loudoun Campus to donate gently used towels.

The Vet Tech Club hopes to see you on April 1st!
