As an associate professor in aviation and space and a proud member of the Choctaw Nation, Gardner-Vandy embodies and encourages others to lead with Cowboy character—integrity, purpose and a passion for service.

For Rebekah Cleary, every step at Oklahoma State has been a step toward meaningful change. 🧡

Throughout her undergraduate career, she worked to create a more welcoming experience for others as former president of the CEHS Student Council, and dedicated herself to impactful work in special education through the Opportunity Orange Scholars program.

Now an OSU graduate with a bachelor's in elementary education and an undergraduate certificate in special education, Cleary is continuing her path as a special education teacher!

Giving back to students of Oklahoma State University means standing for what matters, even if you stand alone.

OSU donor, Bryan Close, awards a scholarship to a graduating elementary or secondary education major every year paying off their entire student debt.

This year's recipient is Gabby Olson, who will be giving back to the community that prepared her to become a third grade teacher in Stillwater Public Schools.
