Boone Pickens School of Geology Welcome to the Boone Pickens School of Geology at Oklahoma State University. We offer programs leading to Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and Master of Science (M.S.)

Our department excels in geological research whether you are interested in unconventional hydrocarbon plays or water quality issues of Oklahoma, dolomitization of the Irish Midlands, seismicity in Turkey, structural studies in Death Valley, sea level changes in Antarctica and rifting in Africa. degrees in Geology and a Ph.D. in Geology. The Department presently includes 11 full-time tenure track f

aculty members, approximately 100 undergraduate students and 50 graduate students. We are always looking for enthusiastic undergraduate students who are looking for an exciting career and first rate graduate students who want to conduct high quality research under the supervision of our faculty.
