"As the Catering & Events Intern, I will report to the Catering & Events Manager and work closely with the Executive Chef and outsourced Wedding Event Planner. My primary tasks will be promoting, planning, co-coordinating all aspects of social events, private events, meeting functions held at the Club, and co-coordination of wedding events.
I will be expected to sit in on our weekly Food & Beverage meeting, wedding walkthroughs and tours, as well as budgeting and reporting with the Catering & Events Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.
I hope to gain lots of hands on experience in different types of member events and to have a great summer working in the hospitality industry."
