Just a reminder that the polls are still open for the Presidential elections! You can vote for either Brian Kiely or Sydnie Reyes for next year's President until this Thursday at the Global Center, second floor of Raymond Lodge.

Great turn out this year for our second annual Grassroot Soccer tournament! All proceeds from this event went to the Grassroot Soccer organization where people are working to help end the spread of HIV/AIDS in Africa. Thank you to all who participated and helped make this event a success!

Thank you so much to everyone who came out yesterday to our tournament! We had a great turnout, and congrats to those teams who won the men's, women's, and co-ed brackets!

Quick announcement: someone left his/her shirt on the field yesterday, but we will bring it to our last meeting/BBQ social this Thursday at the Bechtel center at 5:15pm.

Congratulations to Brian Kiely, Naveed Ahmed, and Asma Patel for winning this year's Brain Child Idea Competition! Not only did these three inspire the Council members with their social entrepreneurial ideas to win a cash prize, but they are also being recommended to The World We Want Foundation to receive further funding and support to make their great ideas a reality!

Congratulations to the lucky eight members who were selected for the 2013 Ambassador Corps! We have a great group of students from various schools at Pacific, including Law, Business, and SIS.

And thanks again to all of the applicants who worked hard on their applications and interviews! It was a difficult decision, and we hope you apply again next year!

Don't forget to come hear all about the great experiences of some of our Council members who went on some great trips over Spring Break to Cuba for the Alternative Spring Break Trip as well as Cairo for IDG!

Hi everyone,

Tonight, Margaret Roberts, the Business School Career Resources Director, will be presenting her HARDCORE RESULTS-TESTED cover letter and resume writing tips and tactics.

This truly is a workshop you should not miss! What she has to teach us is invaluable and essential for anyone and everyone, regardless of major or background. Her experience is deep and penetrating and no holds barred. She tells it like it is and takes no prisoners!

It will be held tonight, 5:15 pm in the Alumni House, as usual. Be sure to bring some friends, and you can learn how to create effective and successful resumes and cover letters, essential skills to have out in the real world!

Great news everyone! If you missed the Mob yesterday, La Palma is going to accept tickets up until Tuesday!

So you can still help the restaurant with its goal to switch towards more energy efficient lighting and a new refrigerator!

The tickets are only ten dollars, and you get some delicious food out of it, so don't miss out!
