PS I Love You Day is an annual awareness day dedicated to su***de prevention, mental health education, and spreading hope. This day encourages open conversations about mental health while reminding everyone that they are loved, valued and not alone.

If you are interested in learning more about su***de prevention and the mental health resources available both on and off-campus, join us for a QPR training! QPR is an evidence-based su***de prevention and intervention strategy.
