Congratulations to UConn Coordinator of Keyboard Studies and piano professor, Dr. Angelina Gadeliya, on her fantastic sold-out season finale performance for the Fryderyk Chopin Society of CT, hosted by the New Britain Museum of American Art.

Bravi also to HSO concert master Leonid Sigal, violinist Jaroslaw Lis, violist Ramon Carrero-Martinez, cellist Jia Cao, and bassist Kevin Huhn on their superb performances!

Join UConn piano professor Dr. Angelina Gadeliya this Sunday, May 24th, at 3 pm for an exciting season finale program of the Fryderyk Chopin Society of Connecticut series, presented by the New Britain Museum of American Art. She will be performing Chopin's virtuosic Rondo a la Mazur as well as Mozart and Chopin concerti alongside principal players of the Hartford Symphony Orchestra- violinists Leonid Sigal and Jaroslaw Lis, violist Ramon Carrero-Martinez, and cellist Jia Cao.

Congratulations to Dr. Fuchs!

The University of Connecticut School of Fine Arts proudly celebrates Grammy Award winning composer and professor Kenneth Fuchs, featured in the May issue of Gramophone.

Described as “the outstanding living musical poet of the American landscape” and “an American cultural nationalist in the best sense,” Fuchs’s work continues to define and elevate contemporary classical music on a global stage.
