Don’t miss this - screening of three documentary films produced jn UConn Digital Media & Design Professor Catherine Masud’s Human Rights Archives 2 class!! 🎬

Join us for a public screening of student-produced documentary projects from the Human Rights Archives course at UConn. All are welcome—family, friends, and members of the broader community—to attend and experience the important work of these emerging documentarians.

This event features a screening of three student-produced short documentaries exploring the Bosnian War and Genocide: “Tell Me About Your Father,” “Stitching Memory: Women of Bosnia,” and “Under the Night Sky.”

These films center the stories and voices of Bosnian Muslims in the Hartford area who have generously contributed to the Bosnian Community Oral History and Digital Archiving Project, an integral component of the Human Rights Archives I & II course sequence.

Join us THIS SATURDAY for the 2026 UConn Digital Media & Design BFA Senior Film & Animation Festival
Saturday, April 25, 2026
Harriet S. Jorgensen Theatre in the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts (lower level) on the Storrs campus

🎬🎥 Doors open at 10:00am; screenings start at 11am, with four themed screening blocks. Reception from 4:30-6:00pm.

The work of 31 film and animation students will screen at the festival. In addition, the 28 interactive students’ projects are installed in the Jorgensen Gallery – perfect to check out during the breaks!
