Last week at the Arete Awards, CT-Alpha was named the 2025 UConn Chapter of the Year. This honor reflects the hard work, leadership, and brotherhood that define our chapter. It’s a goal we’ve been chasing and we are proud to have achieved it together. Thank you to all of our brothers who paved the way to build our chapter to what it is today. The standard is set, and we’re just getting started.

Congratulations to our brother of the month, Theo Keppler.

Theo is a sophomore Chemical Engineering Major. He is an active member of both our recruitment and programming committees, working to help our chapter grow and plan events. Theo is always willing to offer a hand when a brother needs it.

Congratulations to our Brother of the Month, Haydn Forbes

Haydn is a sophomore Allied Health Major. He plays an important role on the recruitment committee, helping the chapter connect with potential new members and ensuring that SigEp continues to grow with high-quality men.
Outside the chapter, Haydn is also a member of the UConn Club Lacrosse team, embodying the ideals of the Balanced Men of SigEP. He manage the demands of being on a competitive club sport with his academics and role in the fraternity. His commitment on the field reflects the same work ethic he brings to the chapter.

We are proud to have raised $12,335.41 towards HuskyTHON. HuskyTHON is one of the most important traditions on our campus, and SigEp is glad to be apart of it.

Special shout out to and who were our chapters’ dancer representatives. And to our Miracle Child Nicky, we had so much fun with you buddy!
