As a Certified Entomologist, Co-Owner and Founder, Pete Ferguson has 18 years of direct industry experience. “Pest Control” is actually a multifaceted business, perhaps more so than one might think. For good reason, Goodfella's company name is Goodfella's Pest MANAGEMENT! There seems to be an overriding thought in the public mind, that Pest Control is principally killing invasive pests, and on rare occasions, removing some wayward creature to be released somewhere far from home. The key word for Goodfella's, is the word MANAGEMENT, a far more inclusive term.
Logically, it's better to stop insects and other critters from getting into your home or business, than to have to root them out after they've moved in. With a proper Management program, which may include lawn treatment, w**d control, termite service, dry-wood rot, and safely eliminating insect access to your home, we can manage any pest issues, even birds, bats, raccoons, possums and armadillos.
Residential and commercial Pest Management are Pete's main customer base and kitchens are his specialty. Pests know where to find food in your home, making kitchens extremely vulnerable – and sensitive to harsh treatment.
Pete has been awarded the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification by the National Restaurant Association and he was named a Certified Food Safety Manager by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals. And of course, Pete is Goodfella's Pest Management's Certified Pest Control Operator.
