Members:

The Spring Election to the DCLIR Board of Directors will be conducted online using SurveyMonkey. ALL MEMBERS WITH EMAIL RECEIVED AN EMAIL with directions for completing the ballot, included on the survey page and with the background descriptions of the Candidates in the attachment to the email. You have the option to get and submit a paper ballot. Please contact the DCLIR office by phone or email, or if you DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL! One vote per email is allowed - if 2 members share an email, one of the two will be required to complete a paper ballot)
Voting is open from April 1, 2022 to April 29, 2022. Voting results will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
To preserve anonymity, ballots returned by mail will be opened by an NWTC employee and put into the ballot box. Ballots (all ballots - online and paper) will be counted on May 2 and the newly elected members of the DCLIR Board of Directors will be announced at the Annual Meeting on May 4th. Please contact the DCLIR office with questions or concerns. Your vote is important to our mission to facilitate quality, lifelong learning in an open, ongoing forum for older adults in Northeastern Wisconsin.
The Door County Learning in Retirement Annual Meeting will be in person and virtually on the ZOOM platform on May 4 at 1p-2:30p.
A reminder email with this link and meeting details will be sent to all members approximately one week before the Annual Meeting.

Happy New Year!

REGISTRATION FOR THE SPRING 2022 SEMESTER CONTINUES! Catalogs can be found at nwtc.edu/LIR: Click the Online registration button to view the Online Catalog and register for classes online, OR download a registration form and either drop it off at NWTC in the DCLIR Office, or mail it in.

Registration assistance is available THIS WEEK in person on January 5&6, 2022 from 10a -2p, or by appointment. If you did not receive a catalog and would like a print copy, they will be available on Campus and at all cOUNTY Library branches, NWTC in Sister Bay, the YMCA and ADRC. Feel free to pick one up for your friends and neighbors, too.

Please add this additional class that came in after print:
#50 Nat'l Railroad Museum - Dinner in the Dining Car - (2 session class) MARCH 23 and MARCH 30 from 1p-3p at the ADRC. There may be additional classes added throughout the semester.

The Mask Mandate remains in effect at NWTC until further notice.
Class limits may change if new guidelines for masking and social distancing are announced. Thank you for your support of Door County Learning in Retirement. We look forward to continuing Lifelong learning with you!
