Central Penn College has announced the hiring of Coach Arnell Reid as the new head coach of the women’s basketball program. Entering his first season as a college head coach, Reid brings years of coaching experience, leadership, and a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the court.

A 2005 graduate of Harrisburg High School, Reid earned his bachelor’s degree in Professional Communications from Penn State University and recently completed his master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Before joining Central Penn College, he spent eight years coaching AAU basketball with the TCBA Wolfpack and also coached at Milton Hershey School and Cedar Cliff Middle School.

Known for emphasizing character, discipline, and teamwork, Reid believes in creating a “WE over ME” culture that builds lasting success.

“Lead with faith, lead with love, and lead with passion,” Reid said. “Let’s Rebuild the Castle.”

Another Knight joins the pitch. ⚽ Please help us welcome Diana Trejo-Hernandez to the Central Penn College women’s soccer team!

Diana is a defensive midfielder from Aspers, PA and a graduate of Biglerville High School. She joins the Knights as a transfer from Gettysburg College and will begin classes during the Summer 2026 term, where she plans to study Health Sciences.

We’re excited to add Diana’s talent, toughness, and experience to the Knights family as we continue building for the future.

Another Knight joins the squad! ⚾ Please help us welcome Connor Wheeler to the Central Penn College Knights baseball program!

Connor is a centerfielder from Easton, MD and currently attends Saint Michaels Senior High School, where he will graduate with the Class of 2026. He plans to major in Business Administration and will begin classes at Central Penn College in Fall 2026.

We’re excited to have Connor bring his athleticism, speed, and work ethic to the Knights family.

Central Penn College is excited to announce that Chris Peters has committed to run for the Central Penn College cross country team!

Chris joins the cross country team as a transfer student from Harrisburg Area Community College and comes to us from Mechanicsburg, PA. He is majoring in Physical Therapist Assistant, where he’ll prepare for a rewarding career in healthcare while competing as a student-athlete.

We’re excited to welcome Chris and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes both in the classroom and on the course.
