We're incredibly proud of these outstanding high school seniors who successfully completed our Basic Manufacturing Program and are taking the next step toward building rewarding futures in the manufacturing industry!

Throughout the program, students earned their OSHA 10 certification while studying precision measurements, maintenance basics, process control KPIs, blueprint reading, and high-performance manufacturing. These skills have provided them with a strong foundation for success in today's manufacturing workforce.

This summer, they 'll continue their journey through a paid internship with Weyerhaeuser , where they will receive hands-on, on-the-job training while earning $15 per hour. This opportunity allows them to apply what they have learned in a real-world setting, gain valuable industry experience, and continue advancing toward their career goals.
