Our chapter alongside our amazing youth volunteers, came together to serve the community by cleaning and restoring Holly Hill Cemetery. Seeing children step up, lend a hand, and learn the value of service made today even more meaningful.

Service is at the heart of who we are, and honoring those who came before us reflects our commitment to uplift, respect, and preserve our history.

We’re not just building stronger communities, we’re inspiring the next generation to lead with purpose, respect, and compassion.

Scholarship Saturday‼️

Deshon Johnson, a native of Fayette, Mississippi, is an accomplished educational technology leader with a strong background in information technology and cybersecurity. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Alcorn State University and later advanced his education by completing graduate studies in Cybersecurity at Western Governors University.

Deshon began his professional career as a Desktop Technician with the Brookhaven School District before spending five years with Medsphere, where he expanded his technical expertise in systems support and healthcare IT environments. He currently serves as the Technology Director for the Amite County School District, a role he has held for over five years, leading district-wide technology initiatives that support both instructional and administrative operations.

In 2015, Deshon was initiated into the Delta Mu Nu Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., where he currently serves as the chapter Keeper of Records and Seal (KRS). He is also a proud member of Fort Adams Masonic Lodge.

Above all, Deshon is a devoted husband to his wife, Natasha, and a proud father of two sons, Ty Christian and Myles Easton.

Our chapter had an incredible time representing at the District Meeting in Atlanta! From engaging workshops to meaningful connections with the bruhz, this experience truly inspired us to grow, lead, and serve at a higher level.

Our chapter proudly hosted a Regional Meeting bringing together brothers from across multiple counties in the spirit of fellowship, leadership, and continued service.

We are honored to share that our chapter was recognized with the “Reclamation Small Graduate Chapter of the Year” award. This recognition reflects the dedication, commitment, and hard work of the brothers who continue to strengthen our beloved fraternity by reclaiming and reconnecting our brothers.

Thank you to all the brothers who traveled to join us and helped make this gathering a success. Together, we continue to uplift the principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift.

Community service is more than an event….it’s a commitment. This weekend, we came together to help clean up our streets, pick up trash, and show love to the community we proudly serve. Small actions create big change, and we’re honored to do our part in keeping our neighborhood clean and beautiful.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered and supported the effort. Together, we continue to uplift, serve, and lead by example.
