Warren Wilson College Cycling We are a USA Cycling Collegiate varsity team competing in mountain bike, road, and cyclocross. Thanks for your interest in the Warren Wilson Mountain Bike Team.

We are a fully supported Varsity Cycling Team that races in the South Eastern Collegiate Cycling Confrence. Though the team is very competitive we always have new and inexperienced riders come out and ride with us; everyone is welcome. Some riders choose just to come to our practices during the season which include campus and area rides, while others race throughout the fall on the Collegiate circ

uit in cross-country, short track, dual slalom, and downhill races. Both cyclocross and the spring road season are structured in a similar ways, with road racers competing in road races, crits, time trials, and team time trials. Since its inception the team has consistently qualified for the National Mountain Bike Championships, and we have now been on the team podium for 14 years in a row. We've now attended multiple Road and Cyclocross National Championships land we're ranked 7th overall in the 2014/15 end of season rankings for Division II. The Asheville area is home to some of the best riding in the country, something we take advantage of throughout the year, and for the gravity riders we have skills course and a downhill track on campus to practice dual slalom riding. The team had a great time at ! Even bagged some podium spots with Lili taking 2nd in collegiate women 62mi followed by Ellery and Natalie in 3rd (crossing the line together). Eliot managed to snag 3rd in collegiate mens 62mi out-sprinting teammate Connor at the line. Iz took home 3rd place in the single speed 100mi category, crazy! Everyone rode strong, stayed safe and had fun. Already looking forward to next year.

Iz Eichinger and Oscar Rathmann had a great weekend racing at . Iz took the win in the Cat 3/4 race and 2nd place in single speed, a new gear ratio providing an extra boost for them. Oscar raced the pro123 and managed to snag 8th place. Looking forward to this weekend!

We had a great day racing in Winston Salem. Lili had a great day on the bike despite allergies, finished 3rd in Womens A collegiate and 9th in the pro/1/2. Iz went out on the single speed and nabbed 4th in an incredibly competitive field. Later racing in collegiate C they took the win!
