Lahoma (Hicks) Schultz Native American in Psychology Scholarship
Deadline: September 7, 2026

Qualified applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:
Full-time (Undergrad:12 hours per semester, Graduate: 9 hours per semester)
Undergraduate and Graduates
Declared major in Psychology and completed a minimum of 90 credit hours OR pursuing a Masters degree in Counseling.
Be a member of a federally-recognized tribe as demonstrated by a tribal membership card. Preference will be given to students who are at least 1/16 Native American as demonstrated by a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB) card.
Submit a 1 page essay on how this scholarship would benefit your education pursuits.
GPA: 3.0
Please attach the following:
Copy of CDIB and tribal membership cards
Foundation scholarships have a legally binding set of guidelines so unfortunately we cannot award students who do not meet all of the requirements listed.
