Weather permitting, from June 1st to 5th, the JVL building will be closed for electrical work. Many of our staff and faculty will be working from home to make sure we can still be as helpful as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we will be looking forward to having our doors back open and our patrons visiting again!

Friday, April 24th, during the final Education seminar before graduation, 40 free book bags were distributed to our Elementary and Early Childhood graduating students. Each bag is filled with carefully selected children’s literature to help begin building future classroom libraries across Oklahoma this fall. Each collection includes award-winning and popular titles, thoughtfully chosen to support engaging, high-quality reading experiences for students. This initiative was made possible through a grant from the Kerr Foundation and organized in partnership with NSU Libraries.

The JV Library was excited to participate in last week’s First Year Bash! We had a wonderful time engaging with NSU first-year students through our interactive “Spin the Wheel” game, featuring fun library resource questions and prizes for participants. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to play and learn more about the resources available through the library, we loved connecting with you!

️Important Note: The library will be closed the week of St. Paddy’s Day for Spring Break! Make sure to "try your luck" with a great book and check out your favorites before the break begins.
