⭐️ Student Spotlight: Morgan Hughes ⭐️

Hello, my name is Morgan Hughes, and I am a 2L from Panama City, Florida. I’ve have wanted to be a lawyer since my 7th grade civics class and always dreamed of attending FSU Law. Aside from my interest in the legal profession, I knew that by getting a J.D. I could work in a capacity to help those who are unable to help themselves. Identifying what I really care about gave me the drive to push through all the trials (no pun intended) that await any prospective student in the admissions process.

FSU Law was not only my dream school, but also was the best option I could have picked. While the education certainly is challenging and competitive, the student environment is not defined by it. The camaraderie amongst the students and professors promotes a culture where everyone wants to see the other to succeed.

While I currently cannot tell you where I will be after graduation, I believe that my experience working in government law will provide me with an idea of where I could see the most impact from my work. The resources FSU Law offers has given me the best opportunity to explore different practices while in school so that I can have a better bearing on where I am called to be.
