As a Risk Management Analyst, they would be responsible for reviewing Equinix lease and real estate contracts for our Global data centers, assessing corporate liability insurance for our properties, and tracking and understanding locations and their asset values. This employee would work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Dr. Brad Karl earned his bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in risk management and insurance at Florida State University and was most recently the IANC-NCSLA W. Kurt Fickling Distinguished Scholar in Risk Management & Insurance and Chair of the Department of Finance and Insurance at East Carolina University. Dr. Karl will be teaching the commercial risk management courses this year.
