The Mayor's Hispanic Advisory Council - Tampa, FL. is incredibly proud to congratulate fellow MHAC member, Carolina Ruiz, on being sworn in for a second term as President of the Tampa Hispanic Heritage, Inc. ( )! 👏✨

Since joining MHAC, and serving alongside us on the Communications Committee (amongst other roles), Carolina has made an immediate and lasting impact through her professionalism, creativity, dedication, and commitment to expanding the quality, accessibility, and reach of the information we share with our community.

Her leadership with the MHAC, the THHI and CENTRO Tampa speaks volumes about the type of professional and community advocate she is… …someone who gives 100% of herself in service to others while uplifting Hispanic culture, heritage, and future generations.
