greater good. We call them trailblazers, and they call USF College of Nursing home. The USF College of Nursing began in 1973 by enrolling its charter class into the Bachelor’s Program. The College has grown steadily with the profe

ssion, adding a Master’s Program in 1980, a PhD Program in 1997, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program in 2005. The College of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education for the BS, MS and DNP degree programs. In addition, the Nurse Anesthesia masters concentration is accredited by the Council on Accreditation for Nurse Anesthesia Education Programs.

Undergraduate students working alongside USF College of Nursing research faculty presented their work at the conference held at the Marshall Student Center, showcasing the impact of student research across the college.

Students from the labs of Dr. Ryan Pace, Dr. Laurie Connors, and Dr. Barbara proudly represented the USF College of Nursing, while the college also connected with future nurse scientists through a booth highlighting our PhD program.
