Meet Dr. Napoleon Harrington, DBH, LPC, NCC, our featured DBH Alumnus for October!

Dr. Napoleon Harrington is a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience in higher education, clinical practice, and behavioral health leadership. His work focuses on integrated care, counselor education, mental health policy, and advocacy. He has served on the Michigan Board of Counseling and received the American Mental Health Counselors Association’s 2020 Counselor of the Year award.

Meet new CGI graduate Dr. Jason Sargent, DBH, B Policing, GDip Psych, MSW, JP!

Dr. Sargent is a mental health practitioner and founder of Healthy Mind International in South Australia. Following a career spanning the Australian Army, Australian Federal Police, and Australian government, he transitioned into behavioral healthcare and built Healthy Mind International, which now provides care across three locations with a focus on trauma, autism, neurodevelopmental conditions, and other mental health needs.

Meet Jean-Andre Constant, LCSW, CSOTP, our featured DBH Student for October!

Jean-Andre Constant is a Haitian-born behavioral health professional with more than 30 years of experience in education, child welfare, research, psychotherapy, and program development across multiple countries. For the past 15 years, he has specialized in forensic behavioral health, including psychosexual evaluations, rehabilitation, expert witness services, and clinical education. Currently pursuing his Doctor of Behavioral Health, his research interests include social determinants of health, forensic healthcare, and expanding integrated care for medically underserved populations.
