Today we honor our beautiful mothers — those who guide our steps, watch ahead for danger, and pour themselves into others without hesitation. From mothers by birth to grandmothers, godmothers, and every mother figure who stands in the gap, your love is the foundation upon which we stand.

We also hold space for our sisters experiencing the complexity of joy and grief on this day. For those navigating their own experience of becoming a mother, and those missing the presence of theirs — we see you, we are you, and we love you.

Join FWAC as we partner with the Charles County Commission for Women (CCCW) and other organizations for Voices & Vision: MeetHER Candidates Mixer, a nonpartisan community event where you can meet the candidates, hear their priorities, and ask questions.
