Hi everyone! Our first Philanthropy event of the semester will be a Drawing for a “Dinner for two at Stables Steakhouse” gift certificate! Tickets are $2 a piece and we will draw the winner the evening of February 13th. Attached is our crowd change link where you can buy raffle tickets, make sure to put your name and phone number if you buy a ticket!

All proceeds will go to the Arthritis Foundation 💌

senior spotlight: Katie Kennedy ✨

“Hi!! My name is Katie Kennedy and I joined AOII in the Fall 2019. I majored in Applied Medicine and minored in Massage Therapy. After graduation, I plan on continuing my education at Indiana State University to pursue my career in medicine. AOII has taught me life lessons and a lot about myself. I met some amazing women during my time as a member and I will cherish everything this chapter has given me. ISU has presented so many opportunities including being in this organization with these women. I will miss being with them everyday

“Hey!! My name is Maddie Murphy and I am a senior here at Indiana State! I am majoring in Textiles & Apparel Merchandising, with a minor in Marketing. After college I want to pursue fashion retail sales as well as be a personal buyer. I joined AOII back in the Fall of 2019. I can’t believe how fast these four years have gone! AOII has brought me the best friendships and taught me how to be a great leader. While being in AOII, I was the mental health chair and the graphic designer. I have made so many amazing memories since joining AOII! I can’t wait for my career to take off and see what this amazing chapter does! 💛🤩”

senior spotlight: Shelby Bizik ✨

“Hello! I’m Shelby Bizik and I am a graduating senior at Indiana State. I am a Presidential Scholar graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Spanish Teaching and a minor in International Studies! I pledged AOII in 2019 and I loved my experience as a sister in AOII and in the Greek community. AOII has given me some of my best gal pals who I treasure very much. I have already started my career as a Spanish teacher in Indianapolis where I teach Spanish 1 and 2 at the high school level. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to begin my full time career before graduation. Indiana State has given me so many opportunities and I am very fortunate that it led me to my Spanish kiddos and to some of the best gal pals💙”

“Hi!! My name is Tasidee F**g and I joined AOII in the Fall of 2020. I am graduating college a year early with latin honors and a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Reading. After graduation my fiancé, 2 dogs, and I are moving to Ohio, where I will be getting my dream classroom! AOII brought me my best friend and the best Greek family. While being an active member I was elected VP just after a month of being initiated and I served as a Rho Gamma for recruitment in the Fall of 2022. I’m looking forward to joining an alum chapter in Ohio!”
