Great kickoff today at Tiffin University as we hosted the first meeting of the Ohio Law Enforcement Drone Association chapter through the Tiffin University Drone Academy. We appreciated Dr. Peter J Holbrook, Provost and COO of Tiffin University, and Sheriff Fred Stevens of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office taking time to welcome everyone to Tiffin University and Seneca County.

It is great to have the support of both our Provost and the chief law enforcement officer of the county behind this effort. Their commitment to collaboration, public safety, and strong partnerships with law enforcement agencies makes a real difference as we continue to build and give back to the communities we serve.

This was a strong start with one shared mission to keep advancing collaboration, public safety, and law enforcement drone operations across Ohio. Bringing agencies together like this is what helps move the work forward in a meaningful way.

Tiffin University’s Dragon Flight Fellowship reached a new technological milestone by successfully testing lunch delivery by drone on campus.

Tiffin University reached a new milestone today with its first delivery from the Wall Street Pub & Grill. A freshly prepared lunch was delivered directly to the office of Dr. Peter J. Holbrook, Provost and Chief Operating Officer.

This initiative is made possible by students in the Dragon Flight Fellowship, bringing together campus dining and applied learning in a practical, hands on way. It reflects a growing effort to extend the reach of campus dining while creating meaningful real world experience for students across campus.
