Fall 2022 Graduate Assistantship Call

The Disability Studies Program is offering one graduate assistantship for the 2022-2023 academic year. Tasks of the graduate assistant include but are not limited to:

1) Assist with planning and publicizing events
2) Assist with course activities and assessment
3) Assist faculty with library, research, and clerical tasks
4) Welcome students and visitors to the Disability Studies office
5) Maintain records and data regarding alumni and program events
6) A willingness to learn

Applications are currently being accepted. Strong writing and organizational skills are required. Students with an understanding of Disability Studies, a commitment to disability justice, and enrollment in the College of Arts and Letters are highly preferred. Send a letter of application, a 3-4 page writing sample, and a resume to Ms. Linda Curtis, DST Administrative Assistant, [email protected].

Review of applications will begin on Tuesday May 3rd at 9 am.
