Please help us in welcoming our newest real estate agent to the White Oak Real Estate Group Family! Bailey Kilgore is a wonderful addition to our amazing team. We're so excited to watch her grow and shine bright in the real estate industry! ✨️🏡

Get to know Bailey:

I have only been in real estate for a short time, as I just passed my license exam in March. However, I am eager and excited to start this new journey. I have always enjoyed working with people, and I miss the interactions I had while bartending. My long term goal in real estate is to have a consistent flow of clients and to build a fun and informative social media presence. I am grateful for any support my friends and family can provide, whether it's sharing my social media posts or sending over a cup of coffee. Joining White Oak Real Estate Group was an easy decision for me, as Jamar was kind, welcoming, and encouraging throughout my licensing process. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, painting, watching sports, and spending time with my family and pets. Originally from Wichita, I now live in Maize. A fun fact about me is that I have been to Europe twice, once with a school group and the second time with my husband's family. I also share the same birthday with Rainn Wilson from the Office! Aside from real estate, I also work in broadcast as a national account manager for the past two years. I'm excited to start my real estate journey here with White Oak Real Estate Group! 🏡

Jericho and Dennis are creating an Ichabods Speak Out: Poetry Against Domestic Violence book, and we could sure use your help if you can. As part of the WU Day of Giving, those who donate on February 2 will have their donation matched--up to $1000. That means if you can donate $5, this will create three books with change left to the next book.

The book will feature poets from Washburn and the Topeka area. The release party will be in October on Washburn's campus.

If you wish to submit, please send three poems and a short bio to [email protected] before the end of the semester.

Jericho and Dennis are volunteering--as all money will go to printing books. We don't feel it would be right to charge for this.

To donate, please visit this link. Thank you for your consideration!
